Evaluations include Assessment, Treatment, Plan of Care, & Home Exercise Programs. (60-75mins)
Follow Up Sessions: $150
Follow up Visits include Treatment, adjustments to plan of care, and Home Exercise Programs. (45mins)
Packages: 4 Sessions $600
Evaluation included during first session.
Treatments include Manual Therapy techniques such as Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, , Recovery Compression Therapy. and modalities.
